The Collaborative Group is partnering with Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon and University of Portland to host an in-person and outdoor River’s Lament on Saturday, September 10th from 1:45 – 4:00 p.m. The River’s Lament is a walk to seven stations along the perimeter of the University of Portland campus where faith leaders will tell the story of the Willamette River as if the river were telling the story herself. This walk was first sponsored by EcoFaith Recovery in 2011 and has now become a ritual that many groups have participated in. See attached flyer for more information and a map.
